Owner and executive chef Narciso Dorado preps all of Carmelitas meat, sauces, sides, etc every morning to ensure flavorful dishes and full bellies. Head chefs Nico, Joshua and Diego follow Narciso’s guidelines to establish consistency in the dishes.
